Design of Monitoring System for Machining Process Based on SIEMENS CNC System

针对数字化车间及未来智能工厂的生产管控过程中,不能及时获取工业现场数控设备加工状态信息,导致数控设备在生产过程中的信息成了信息孤岛的问题,以西门子840Dsl数控系统为例,设计一种针对该类数控系统设备的实时监控系统。通过该监控系统在工业现场的应用,对过程中遇到的典型问题进行分析,并提出有效的解决方法。

Aimed at the problem of the processing status information of CNC equipment in industrial field cannot be obtained in time,which leaded to the information of CNC equipments in the production process becoming information islands in the process of production control of digital workshops and future smart factories,takes SIEMENS 840 Dsl numerical control system was took as an example to design a real-time monitoring system for this kind of numerical control system equipment.Through the application of the monitoring system in the industrial field,the typical problems encountered in the process were analyzed,and the effective solution was proposed.
