摘要
对于大口径、大曲率的双弯曲反射面天线,如何保证天线反射面的高精度是天线结构设计的重点和难点。研究设计了一种超低副瓣双弯曲反射面天线,将三坐标测量仪既作为测量仪器,又作为天线总成的工装,在结构设计中有针对性地对零件尺寸及形状、零件间的连接方式及定位进行优化设计,从而减小了由成型方法带来的误差,通过避免采用配焊的连接方式,消除焊接变形带来的误差,并应用有限元分析方法对天线结构的刚强度进行了分析计算和验证。该天线结构设计方法的可实现性高,在保证天线副瓣指标达到要求的同时,提高了天线的生产效率和经济性。
How to ensure the high accuracy of the antenna reflector was the key and difficult point of antenna structural design for doubly curved reflector antenna with large caliber and large curvature.An ultra-low side lobe doubly curved reflector antenna used the three coordinate measuring instrument as the measuring instrument and as the tooling of the antenna assembly,and in the structural design,the size and shape of the parts,the way and location of connection between parts were optimized to reduce the error caused by forming way,avoided using assorted welding connecting way,eliminated error caused by welding.At last,the stiffness and strength of antenna structure were analyzed and calculated by FEM.The design method of the antenna had high realizability and can improve the production efficiency and economy of the antenna while ensuring the requirements of antenna side lobe.
