航空发动机气路静电传感器的有限元分析 被引量:2

摘要 静电传感器是航空发动机气路静电监测技术的关键元件,对航空发动机的新型静电监测技术研究具有重要的现实意义。为此,基于有限元软件ANSYS建立了静电传感器的有限元模型,分析了感应电极半径、绝缘层相对介电常数和绝缘层厚度对电极灵敏度的影响规律。这些影响规律对静电传感器的方案设计具有很好的指导意义。 The electrostatic sensor is an important part of the aero-engine gas electrostatic monitoring technology,which had the practical significance to study the new electro static monitoring technology of aero-engines.So,based on the finite element analysis software or ANSYS,the finite element model of electrostatic sensors were established,it was analyzed that the influence of the radius of the induction,the relative permittivity of the insulation and the thickness of the insulation to the electrode sensitivity.The results had great values for designing project of the electrostatic sensors.
