基于PLM的MW级风电增速机脱开方法研究

摘要 分析了当前MW级风力发电机增速机与主轴脱开分离方法存在的问题,基于产品全生命周期管理(PLM)的基本思想,开展了风力发电机在新产品开发设计和在运行时的维修性设计研究,包括维修性方案设计、结构设计和工装设计等,以实现方便、快捷地进行维修。基于PLM基本思想风电增速机脱开方法,不但可以避免传统方法对主轴承造成的致命损伤及对主轴和增速机造成的二次伤害,不会影响风力发电机20年的运行寿命,同时还能缩短高空维修作业时间,减少人员和大型吊装设备的投入。并通过试验验证了该方案的可行性。 The problems existing in the disassembly and disengagement technics of wind turbine speed-up gearbox of MW grade and main shaft were analyzed,based on the basic idea of product life cycle management(PLM),the maintainability design of the specific structure in the new product development and design of wind turbine was put forward,including maintainability scheme design,structure design and tooling design and so on,to realize convenient and quick maintenance,the disengagement way of wind turbine speed-up gearbox based on PLM can not only avoid the fatal damage to main bearing and the secondary damage to main shaft and speed-up gearbox caused by the traditional method,not affect the operating life of the wind turbine for 20 years,but also can shorten the working time of high altitude maintenance and reduced personnel and large hoisting equipment input.It was safe and reliable,and the feasibility of the scheme was proved by experiments.
