摘要
数控机床驱动装置的稳定性决定了机床整机的可靠性。通过分析驱动装置关键零部件的结构特点、加工及装配过程的关键精度要求,提出了相关的精度保证方法以及评定过程,采用技术手段控制关键零件的加工方法,提高了零件的精度及稳定性,并根据结构特点采用合适的装配方法,从而提高了驱动装置的可靠性。该方法可操作性强,有一定的推广价值。
The stability of the numerical control machine tools driver device determined the reliability of the whole machine tools,in order to improve the reliability of numerical control machine tools,it was analyzed that the key parts structure characteristics of drive device,key precision machining and assembly process,the related accuracy assurance method and assessment process were presented,through technical means to control the key parts processing method,improved the accuracy and stability of the parts,and used appropriate assembly method based on the characteristics of structure,improved the reliability of drive device,it had strong operability and great value to promotion.
