摘要
大学教师的发展是高等教育质量建设的基础。我国大学教师发展机构尚处于起步阶段,本文通过对哥伦比亚大学教学和学习中心进行案例研究,从理念的传播、教师培训、研究生培训、资助和教育技术五个方面剖析其特征,以期对我国大学教师发展机构的建设提供有益的启示。
The development of university teachers is the foundation of the quality construction of higher education. The institution of teacher development in China’s universities is still in the initial stage. Through the case study of the Center for Teaching and Learning at Columbia University, this paper expounds its characteristics from five aspects: the dissemination of ideas, teacher training, graduate student training, funding and education technology. The inspirations are put forward for the construction of university teacher’s development institution in China.
