教师发展:奥克兰大学高等教育学习与研究中心的做法及启示

摘要 新西兰奥克兰大学历史悠久,拥有先进的教学技术和方法。其高等教育学习与研究中心为促进教师发展提供了多项教学与研究培训项目;同时具备提供教学资源、实现同行评议、提供教师指导能力发展课程、特色文化发展等多项职能。其实践经验对正处于探索初期的我国高校教师发展中心建设具有诸多启示:高校应关注青年教师的发展,构建教师学习共同体,完善教师培训认证机制,实行积极的评价模式,以评促教,培育适合中国高校实际的教师发展中心。 The University of Auckland of New Zealand has a long history and advanced teaching techniques and methods. Its Centre for Learning and Research in Higher Education (CLeaR) provides teaching and research training programs to improve staff development. Meanwhile, it also plays roles in offering teaching resources, peer review, courses for the development of faculty supervision ability, and special cultural development. Its practical experience has many enlightening significance for the construction of faculty development center in China’s universities which is in the early stage of exploration. Universities should 1) pay attention to the development of young teachers, build a teacher’s learning community;2) improve the teacher training and certification mechanism, implement a positive evaluation mode;and, 3) promote teaching by evaluation, and foster the faculty development center suitable for Chinese university.
