摘要
师资队伍建设作为一个小的生态系统,其发展受到限制因子制约。依据N大学汉语言文学专业的校内专业审核评估相关数据,结合评估专家的考察意见,采用教育生态学限制因子原理对该专业师资队伍建设情况进行详细分析发现:师资队伍年龄结构失衡,梯队建设亟待改进;师资队伍学历结构失衡,教师培训亟待提高;师资队伍质量结构失衡,相关制度亟待完善。因此,本研究提出:师资队伍建设要拓宽师资队伍来源渠道,弥补师资梯队断层;加强教师培训力度,持续提升教师能力;有效利用奖罚制度,激发教师工作热情。
As a small ecosystem, the development of the teaching staff is constrained by restriction factors. According to relevant data of the professional review and evaluation of Chinese Language and Literature at N University, combined with the opinion of the evaluation experts, the development uses the principle of restriction factor of educational ecology. The construction of the faculty is analyzed in detail. It is found that teachers’ age structure and function are unbalanced, the construction of echelons needs to be improved, teachers’ educational structure are unbalanced, teachers’ training needs to be improved, the quality structure of teachers are unbalanced, and the relevant systems need to be improved. Therefore, it is suggested that the construction of teaching staff should broaden the source channels, make up the gap of the teachers’ echelons;strengthen the training of teachers, improve teachers’ ability, and effectively use the reward and punishment system to stimulate the enthusiasm of the teachers.
