摘要
有效课堂,即教师意图传授的那些知识,通过课堂媒介,学生确实也获得和领会了这些知识。学生掌握的知识相对于教师传授的知识,这个比值越高,这样的课堂就是越有效的;如果超过100%,实际上就是学生在创造知识。教师可以通过设计授课内容、研究性教学、呈现知识创造的过程、要求学生课前写读书笔记以及采用方法吸引学生参与到课堂教学这五种途径,从而构建大学本科教学有效课堂,最终实现教学相长,教师与学生共同发展。
An effective classroom means that students acquire and comprehend the knowledge that the teacher intends to impart. The more effective classrooms are, the higher the ratio of the knowledge students have mastered to teacher-led knowledge. If it exceeds 100%, it’s students who are creating knowledge. An effective classroom for undergraduate teaching can be constructed by designing teaching content, carrying out research-based teaching, presenting the process of knowledge creation, requiring students to write reading notes before class and adopting methods to attract students to participate in the classroom.Ultimately, the development of teachers and students is achieved.
