Construction Model for Human Resource Management Major Based on Co-CSW

聚焦当前国内人力资源管理专业校企合作模式存在的主要问题,本研究从共建(Co-Construction)、共享(Co-Sharing)、共赢(Co-Win)等三个模块入手创新设计人力资源管理专业建设模式,提出了基于Co-CSW的人力资源管理专业建设模式,并进一步介绍了实践应用效果和创新点。

Focusing on the main problems in university-enterprise cooperation model in domestic human resource management major, this study innovatively designsa construction model for human resource management major from three modules including Co-construction, Co-sharing and Co-win modules (Co-CSW). It further introduces the practical application effect and introduces innovation points.
