实现圆纬机集中控制的手持终端设计

摘要 本文以针织圆纬机作为对象,通过对机械设备自动化和信息化的分析,提出了进行集中控制的设计方案,实现了一款通过人机互动以实现圆纬机的集中控制的手持终端。课题通过对系统的应用需求分析,提出了面向系统管理员和操作人员的不同权限功能的监控手持终端的设计方案。系统通过QT进行操作界面设计结合SQLite数据库,实现对多台圆纬机工作状态的监控和系统参数的初始化。终端硬件采用了S3C2440A的嵌入式系统开发板,通过与各监控节点的信息传送来实现整体的功能。通过调试和整体应用,实现了管理员对监控机器分配的初始化功能,操作人员能实时监控每台圆机的工作状态和信息的交互,在很大程度上提高了圆纬机的集中控制水平,并且对整体的工作效率和人工价值做出了提升。 In this paper,the knitting circular weft machine is taken as the object for studying.Through the analysis on the automation and information of the machinery equipment,a design scheme for centralized control is put forward,and a hand-held terminal which realizes the centralized control of the circular weft machine through human computer interaction is realized.Through the analysis of the system application requirements,the design scheme of the handheld terminal monitoring for different administrators of the system administrator and operator is proposed.Through the QT interface design and SQLite database,the system can monitor the working state of several circular weft knitting machines and initialize the system parameters.Terminal hardware adopts S3C2440A's embedded system development board,and achieves overall function by transmitting information with each monitoring node.Through the debugging and the overall application,the initialization function of the administrator to the monitoring machine distribution is realized.The operator can monitor the working state of each circular machine and the interaction of information in real time.To a great extent,the centralized control level of the circular weft machine is improved,and the overall work efficiency and the artificial value have been improved.
