摘要
太阳能光伏产业的火爆发展,使得光伏装机量需求大升。在太阳能电池片制备工艺不断完善的背景下,电池片的转化效率越来越高,对自动化设备的结构要求也越来越高。本文主要是对全自动石墨舟装卸片机进行了结构优化改进,大幅提高了设备的稳定性和装机效率,降低了硅片的碎片率,给客户带来了可观的经济效益。
The PV installed capacity demand arises along with the solar photovoltaic industry booming development.In the background of the continuous improvement of solar cell chip preparation technology,the conversion efficiency of battery chip is higher and higher,and the structure requirements for automation equipment are also higher and higher.In this paper,the structure optimization of the automatic graphite boat loader has been carried out,which has greatly improved the stability of the equipment and the efficiency of the installation,reduce the wafer fragmentation rate,brings considerable economic benefits to customers.
