摘要
随着新型器件的不断出现、微电子与集成电路技术的发展,非线性电路理论越来越显示出它的重要性。通过对非线性元件特性的研究,总结并探讨几种非线性电路分析方法的原理及特点。首先对伏安特性、频率变换及叠加原理等非线性元件特性进行分析,为后续各类分析方法奠定基础;主要研究了图解分析法、小信号分析法与折线分析法。非线性电路的分析应针对某一电路类型,采用适合的分析方法。非线性电路理论的研究目前还处在不断发展中,还有许多问题有待于进一步探讨,希望通过本文的研究为非线性电路理论的发展提供有意义的参考。
With the emergence of new devices,and the development of microelectronics and integrated circuit technology,nonlinear circuit theory becomes more and more important.Studying on the characteristics of nonlinear elements,the principle and characteristics of several nonlinear circuit analysis methods are summarized and discussed.Firstly,the characteristics of nonlinear elements,such as volt-ampere characteristic,frequency conversion and superposition principle,are analyzed;it lays the foundation for all kinds of subsequent analytical methods.This paper mainly studies the graphic analysis,small signal analysis and broken line analysis.The analysis of nonlinear circuits should be aimed at a certain circuit type,then adopt suitable analytical method.The study of nonlinear circuit theory is still in the process of development,and there are still many issues needed to be further explored.It is hoped that the research in this paper will provide a meaningful reference for the development of nonlinear circuit theory.
