摘要
通过定量定时给予ICR小鼠嗅闻精油处理,探索了苦水玫瑰(Rosa setate×Rosa sugosa)精油和大马士革玫瑰(Rosa damascena)精油的镇静催眠功效,并采用GC-MS对2种玫瑰精油的化学成分进行了分析。结果表明,苦水玫瑰精油和大马士革玫瑰精油均具有显著的镇静催眠效果,且苦水玫瑰精油(1 mg/mL)镇静催眠效果优于大马士革玫瑰精油(1 mg/mL);与空白对照相比,该浓度的苦水玫瑰精油延长了小鼠131.69%的睡眠持续时间(P<0.05),减少了小鼠36.22%自主活动量(P<0.05)和降低了小鼠体温。GC-MS分析结果表明,2种精油共同含有的化合物种类主要有醇类、烷类、醛类和萜烯类,其中苦水玫瑰精油和大马士革玫瑰精油中含量最高的成分均为香茅醇(分别为41.49%、35.31%)和香叶醇(分别为11.06%、17.26%)。
The paper aims to investigate the hypnotic effect of Rosa setate×Rosa sugosa essential oil(RREO)and Rosa damascena essential oil(RDEO)by means of treating ICR mice to smell essential oil quantitatively and regularly.It also adopted the GC-MS to analyze the chemical constituents of the two essential oils.The results showed that both RREO and RDEO had remarkable hypnotic effect,and the hypnotic effect of RREO(1 mg/mL)was better than that of RDEO(1 mg/mL).RREO prolonged the sleep duration by 131.69%(P<0.05),reduced the amount of autonomous activity by 36.22%and reduced the body temperature of mice,compared with the blank control.The results of GC-MS analysis showed that the main compounds contained in the both essential oils were alcohols,alkanes,aldehydes and terpenes.Among them,citronellol(41.49%,35.31%,respectively)and geraniol(11.06%,17.26%,respectively)were the highest components in RREO and RDEO.
