油井群控变频互馈系统效率集中控制技术的研究及应用

摘要 针对目前油田节能控制现状及需求,结合油井载荷工况特征,灵活利用油田已有交流供电线路,通过对供电电源与变频互馈控制柜的交互供电控制的设计,实现了交直流共享线路的供电模式;利用多地同步运行切换控制单元及保护装置,结合PLC网络模块,实现了油井电动机的多地及远程数字化群控功能;文中所设计的油井变频互馈节能供电控制系统,不仅与传统供电控制系统相兼容,提高了油井运行安全可靠性和灵活性,且大幅度降低了油田节能改造成本,现场使用及测试证明了该系统安全可靠的运行特性及显著的节能效果。 According to the present status and needs of the oilfield energy-saving control,combined with the oil well load characteristics and flexible use of the AC power supply line in the oilfield,the AC/DC power supply with line shared mode was designed,by means of designing the interactive power supply control and frequency conversion mutual feedback control cabinet.Using multiple synchronized switching operation control unit and protection device,combined with PLC network module,Functions of local and remote control for many oil motors were realized.The power supply control system designed in this paper,is not only compatible with traditional power supply control system,to increase the reliability and flexibility of safely operating oilfield,but also decreasing the cost of oilfield energy consumption.Safe and reliable operating characteristic and significant energy saving effect of this system can be testified by field use and test.
