油田企业天然气专项能源审计方法研究

Research on Audit Method of Natural Gas Special Energy in Oilfield Enterprises

专项能源审计是全面能源审计的有效补充,通过专项能源审计能够有针对性对某种能源的产生、转换、消耗进行统计分析,进而进行合理优化。天然气是油田生产过程中常用的能源,主要为油田生产和后勤保障提供热量,针对油田企业天然气的产生、处理、消耗各环节的特点,结合油田企业自身管理特点和能源审计的基本审计原理,总结出能够适应油田企业的专项的天然气审计方法并提出具体的实施方案,并将其进行实证分析,通过此方法的研究及应用使被审计企业提高了节能意识,转变了管理理念并产生了132.22×10~4m^3的节气效果。

Special energy audit is an effective supplement to comprehensive energy audit.Through special energy audit,the production,conversion and consumption of certain energy can be analyzed and optimized.Natural gas is a common energy in the production of oil and gas fields.It mainly provides heat for the production of oil and gas fields and logistics support.According to the characteristics of the production,treatment and consumption of natural gas in oil field enterprises,combining with the management characteristics of oil field enterprises and the basic auditing principles of energy auditing,this paper summarizes the special auditing methods of natural gas that can adapt to oil field enterprises and puts forward specific implementation.Through the research and application of this method,the audited enterprises have raised their awareness of energy saving,changed their management concept and produced 1322,200 cubic meters of energy saving effect.
