Practical Path, Effect and Enlightenment of Collaborative Cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges:An Example of Jiangsu Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry

校企(地)协同育人是培养高素质技术技能型人才的有效方式。江苏农林职业技术学院根据农业行业的特点,通过与企业(地方政府)合作开展定单班、定制班等协同育人模式的改革与实践,创新了产教融合校企合作育人的方式,为解决农业人才下得去、留得住、用得着的问题提供了有效路径。

School-Enterprise (Local Government) Collaborative Cultivation is an effective way to cultivate high-quality skilled talents. Based on the characteristics of the agricultural industry, Jiangsu Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry carries out the reform and practice of collaborative education mode, such as ordered class and customized class, in collaboration with the enterprises (local governments). This provides an effective path to solving the problems of agricultural talents to go to work, stay and serve in the countryside.
