国际比较视野下的教育督导评价制度研究 被引量:3

摘要 从世界各国教育督导实践的演变史来看,英美两国的教育督导评价制度在经历过频繁改革发展后相继走向了专业化道路,成为各国争相模仿和学习的对象。对比各国的教育督导评价制度,尽管彼此在督导内容和方式以及侧重点上存在较大差异,但仍表现出了许多共性,包括教育督导制度的起源以及督导的多样性、权威化和专业性等方面。未来,我国应在明确教育督导评价制度现状和性质的基础上,建立起专业化的教育督导队伍,形成具有我国教育特色的督导评价制度保障体系。 Judging from the history of the evolution of education supervision practice in the world, the educational supervision and evaluation system of the United Kingdom and the United States has successively embarked on the road of specialization after experiencing frequent reforms and developments, and has become the object of imagining and learning. Compared with the education supervision and evaluation system of each country, although there are great differences in the content and methods of supervision and the focus of each other, they still show many commonalities, including the origin of the education supervision system and the diversity, authority and professionalism of supervision. In the future, China should establish a professional education supervision team based on the status quo and nature of the education supervision and evaluation system, and form a system of supervision and evaluation system with the characteristics of China s education.
