摘要
高职院校"双导师制"就业指导课程改革与创新的基本思路是广泛利用校内与校外两种资源重构组织体系,组建"双导师"团队,联动第一、第二课堂,尊重学生主体地位,提高就业指导课程的服务精准度,打造专业类课程与就业指导课程互通互融、共同育人的开放循环体系,促进学生充分就业、优质就业,提高人才培养质量与就业工作成效。
Double Tutorial System in higher vocational colleges' employment guidance curriculum reform and innovation is the basic idea of extensive use of internal and external two resource reconfiguration system to combine enterprise elements to form a “double teachers” team. The first and second classes are linked to respect the principal position of students so as to improve the service of employment guidance course accuracy, makes the professional courses and employment guidance course each other mutual harmony and mutual education of open loop, and promotes students' employment, full employment, high quality resultant force to improve the quality of higher vocational education and employment.
