本文介绍了花王公司的硬盘用研磨液、清洗剂使用过程及技术与特点,对日本三洋化成工业株式会社的水系清洗剂"Chemiclean"也做了具体说明,最后展望了精密机械清洗剂的发展前景。
This article briefly introduces the application process, technology and characteristics of the Kao Corporation lapping fluid and cleaning agent for the hard disk, and gives a specific description of the water system cleaning agent "Chemiclean" of SANYO Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. Finally, the development prospect of precision mechanical cleaning agent is explored.
