柏拉图对话中的诗学谜团,既困扰了诸多学者,又提供了解释的无尽契机。2014年的北京吸引了世界诸国柏拉图研究者的目光:学人们齐聚一堂,多方对话,共议良方:或勾勒孔子辩难与柏拉图辩证法间的桥梁,或以"至真悲剧"与艺术之美等概念叩问诗学品质,或关注诗学的教育品质,或归纳诗学方法与诗学的解释学原则,或注重从对话中人物形象入手解释诗学难题,各抒己见,以促成一场东西对话之盛事,使之传为学界佳话。

What often bother classical scholars and meanwhile create a much larger space for varied interpretations are the thought-provoking puzzles in Plato s dialogues. In 2014, Beijing has witnessed a number of globally renowned Plato scholars who have attended the symposium on Plato s poetics from individual perspectives. Some offered insights into Plato s poetic theory and new hermeneutic principles;some analyzed the dramatic characteristics of the Platonic form of dialogues;some looked at the intellectual bridge between Confucius and Plato;some explored the subtle implications of “the truest tragedy” and the beauty of art with reference to the Platonic world;some pondered over the nature of poetry-music education. All of them presented their recent findings and shared further cross-questioning discussions with one another. Their fruitful achievements are reflected in the proceedings concerned as they helpt promoting a transcultural dialogue between western and eastern heritages in antiquity.
