张家口学院开展校园足球对学生身体素质影响分析

本文主要本文通过文献资料法、数理统计法、观察法等多种方法对张家口学院参加校园足球培训的若干名大学生进行观察和测试。从中国知网查找关于我国校园足球开展情况的文献和关于学生身体素质相关文献共计30余篇,总结文献中专家和学者对于我国校园足球开展情况、研究现状的看法,将其作为本文研究的辅助材料。之后根据张家口学院校园足球训练科目,对大学生身体素质的影响和变化进行评估,在实验中将足球项目大学生设置为实验组、将对比足球项目的学生设为对照组。运用体育统计中的IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0软件对对张家口学院参加校园足球训练的若干名学生和比对数量的学生作为研究对象进行描述统计和推断统计分析,采用软件中独立方差t检验来验证实验数据,得出张家口学院大学生校园足球开展影响其身体素质变化的结论。最后从结论扩展角度对校园足球、学校体育、身体素质等方面进行分析。

This article is to observe and test a number of college students who have participated in the training of campus football in Zhang jiakou college by means of literature,mathematical statistics,and observation.In order to f ind out more than 30 articles about the development of our campus football and the relevant literature about the physical quality of the students from China,the author summarizes the views of the experts and scholars in the literature on the situation and present situation of the campus football in our country,which will be used as the auxiliary material for this study.Then according to the Zhang jiakou college campus football training subject,the inf luence and change of College Students'physical quality are evaluated.In the experiment,the college students are set up as the experimental group and the students of the comparison of the football project are set as the control group.The IBM SPSS Statistics 23 software in sports statistics is used to describe the statistical and inferential statistical analysis of some famous students and students who have participated in the school football training in Zhang jiakou College as the research object,and to verify the experimental data by using the independent variance T test in the software to obtain the college students'school in Zhang jiakou college.Park soccer develops a conclusion that affects its physical quality.Finally,it analyzes the campus football,school sports and physical f itness from the perspective of the conclusion.
