In recent years,with the continuous decline of students'physical f itness,physical training plays an important role in school sports.This paper explains the concept of physical training involved in physical education through literature review.Summarize the relevant methods suitable for practice in physical education class.It provides a reference for teachers to effectively improve students'physical f itness.In short,physical f itness has a direct relationship with human health.For students,in the course of physical education,active scientif ic participation in physical exercise,improve the most effective means of physical f itness.
