应用体操训练手段提高撑竿跳高训练成效的研究 被引量:1

摘要 体操训练手段中不少练习在肌肉工作方式、用力顺序和力量传递形式、参加工作的肌肉群和动作外形上与撑竿跳高项目的动作技术要求具有高度相似性。特别是撑竿跳高运动员起跳离地后的转、腾、翻、摆等动作都类似于体操运动员常用的动作技巧。在撑杆跳高技术与体能训练中,选用体操训练手段能极大地提升撑杆跳高项目的训练质量。 Many exercises in gymnastics training have a high similarity with the requirements of the pole vault in the form of muscle work, the order of force and the form of force transfer, the muscle group participating in the work and the shape of the movement. In pole vault high technology and physical training, the use of gymnastics training can greatly improve the training quality of pole vault. After the athletes jump off the ground, they are closely related and similar to the movement skills of gymnastics, such as pendulum, flip, turn, and Teng.
