职业教育精准扶贫路径研究

Research on the Path of Accurate Poverty Alleviation in Vocational Education

职业教育是国家实施精准扶贫战略的重要手段,有助于推动输血式扶贫向造血式脱贫方式的转变。鉴于当前扶贫对策未能充分发挥职业教育的作用、高等院校对民族贫困地区对口帮扶不足、企业扶贫参与深度不足、师资力量薄弱的问题,职业教育精准扶贫的有序推进需要制定更加系统的精准扶贫政策,完善中西部职业教育协作体制,使企业多元化参与,由高等院校加大对民族地区职业院校支持力度,并培育高素质教师。

The government work report emphasizes increasing accuracy in poverty reduction and invigorates endogenous motivation through vocational education. Responding to poverty alleviation measures, we failed to give full play to the role of vocational education, the lack of counterpart support in poverty-stricken areas in institutions of higher learning, the lack of participation in poverty alleviation for enterprises, and weak teacher resources, and demanded more systematic and accurate poverty alleviation policies and vocational education in the central and western regions. Cooperation system, diversified participation of enterprises ,higher education institutions to increase support for vocational schools in minority areas, and nurture high-quality teachers.
