摘要
荷兰是大学生职业生涯规划教育发展较早且水平较高的国家,其职业院校职业生涯规划教育改革的经验主要体现在:创建对话型职业学习环境,提倡教师集体性学习和强调转变组织领导方式。在借鉴荷兰教育改革经验的基础上,我国职业生涯规划教育问题可从以下方面做出改革:构建师生职业对话环境,重视完善信息反馈机制;落实教师集体学习周期,打造专业教师辅导团队;转变组织领导方式,破解职业生涯规划教育改革难题。
The Netherlands is a country where the development of education is relatively early and high, and the experience whose education reform in the career planning is mainly reflected in the establishment of conversational professional learning environment ,advocating collective learning of teachers and emphasis on transforming organizational leadership. On the basis of the reform experience of education in the Netherlands, education in China's career planning can be reformed from the following aspects : constructing the environment of teacher-student professional dialogue and attaching great importance to improve the information feedback mechanism. Secondly, implementing the collective learning cycle of teachers and building a professional teacher coaching team. Thirdly, changing the organizational leadership style and solving the problems of education reform in career planning.
