摘要
采取响应面法对明月草总黄酮的超声提取工艺进行优化,在超声功率、超声时间、乙醇体积分数、液料比等单因素试验的基础上,通过Box-Behnken中心组合设计,建立明月草总黄酮的数学模型,经响应面法优化明月草总黄酮的提取方法。研究结果表明,明月草总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇体积分数70%,液料比50∶1(mL/g),超声时间3h,超声功率350W,提取温度80℃,理论收率7.23%,验证性试验得其收率为6.89%,与预测值相符性较好。利用响应面法优化明月草总黄酮的提取工艺方法简单,可为明月草总黄酮的提取工艺优化提供参考。
The ultrasonic extraction process of total flavonoids from Angelica Keiskei was optimized by response surface methodology.Based on the single factor (ultrasonic power,ultrasonic time,ethanol volume fraction,liquid to material ratio) test,through Box-Behnken Center combination design,a mathematical model was established for total flavonoids from Angelica Keiskei .The response method was used to optimize the extraction method of total flavonoids from Angelica Keiskei .The results indicate that the optimal extraction process of total flavonoids from Angelica Keiskei is ethanol volume fraction of 70%,solid-liquid ratio of 50∶1 (mL/g),ultrasonic time of 3 h,ultrasonic power of 350 W,extraction temperature of 80℃,theoretical yield of 7.23%,confirmatory test yield of 6.89%,which are consistent with the predicted value.The response surface optimization of the extraction process of total flavonoids from Angelica Keiskei is simple and it provides a reference for the extraction process of total flavonoids from Angelica Keiskei .
