直肠MR预测直肠癌新辅助放化疗疗效的研究进展

Rectal MR in predicting the efficacy of neoadjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy for rectal cancer

直肠癌新辅助放化疗(nCRT)的广泛应用改善了许多患者的预后,但也有部分患者并不能获益,直肠磁共振成像(MR)因其高软组织分辨率的优势,能更好显示肿瘤周围浸润及直肠壁改变情况,是全面诊治评估直肠癌最有效的影像技术。笔者对各种直肠MR技术及其在治疗前预测直肠癌新辅助放化疗疗效方面的研究进展进行综述。

Objective The extensive use of neoadjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy(nCRT)for rectal cancer has improved the prognosis of many patients,but some patients cannot benefit.Rectal magnetic resonance imaging(MR)is the most effective imaging technology for comprehensive diagnosis and evaluation of rectal cancer because of its high soft tissue resolution.Rectal MR techniques and their application in predicting the efficacy of neoadjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy for rectal cancer before treatment were reviewed.
