篮球训练中提高三分球投篮命中率的对策研究综述

投篮是篮球比赛得分的一种方式,一切技、战术运用的目的都是为了创造更多更好的投篮机会。三分球是各队进攻的重磅武器,它的重要价值得到了人们的认可和重视,在比赛中发挥着越来越重要的作用。但是三分球投篮距离相对较远,难度较大,因此对于三分球的投篮需要慎重对待。本文通过收集国内外有关资料,对篮球训练中影响三分球命中率的主要因素和提高三分球投篮命中率的对策进行综述,以期对篮球队的教学和训练提供一定的参考。

Shooting is the only way to score in a basketball game. The purpose of all techniques and tactics is to create more and better shooting opportunities. Three point ball is the heavy weapon of each team's attack, its important value has been recognized and valued by people, playing a more and more important role in the competition. But the distance of the three-point shot is relatively far away and the diff iculty is more diff icult, so the shooting of the three-score ball needs to be treated carefully. Based on the data collected at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the main factors that affect the shooting percentage of three points in basketball training and the countermeasures to improve the shooting percentage of three point shot, hoping to provide some references for basketball team's teaching and training.
