摘要
本研究以40名本科生为研究对象(其中实验组20人进行拓展训练课,对照组20人进行大学体育课选修羽毛球),采用问卷调查及实验等方法,在拓展训练对大学生班级凝聚力认知的影响方面进行了实验研究。结果显示,体育课教学对大学生班级凝聚力认知无显著性差异;拓展训练可以有效提高大学生班级凝聚力认知的能力,存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。因此,拓展训练教学是一种可以有效提高班级凝聚力认知能力的手段。
This study took 40 undergraduates as the research objects (20 in the experimental group took the extended training course and 20 in the control group took badminton as the elective course of college physical education), and conducted an experimental study on the influence of extended training on the cohesion cognition of college students in class by means of questionnaire survey and experiment. The results show that there is no signif icant difference between physical education teaching and students' cognition of class cohesion. Extended training can effectively improve the ability of cohesive cognition of college students' classes, and there is a signif icant difference (P<0.01). Therefore, the extended training teaching is an effective way to improve the cohesive cognitive ability of the class.
