摘要
在培养优秀篮球运动员的过程中,篮球运动员会承受大强度的训练,并产生运动性疲劳,其在反应、速度、力量以及灵敏素质等方面会有一定程度的下降。文章将对产生运动性疲劳的原因和机理进行分析,根据篮球运动的特点进行科学合理的营养补充,探讨消除篮球运动员运动性疲劳的营养学手段,为篮球运动员的体育教学和训练提供参考和建议。
In the process of cultivating excellent basketball players,basketball players will undergo strong training and exercise fatigue,which will have a certain decline in response,speed,strength and sensitivity.This article will produce sports fatigue.This paper will analyze the causes and mechanisms of sports fatigue,carry out scientif ic and reasonable nutritional supplement according to the characteristics of basketball,explore the nutritional methods to eliminate basketball athletes'sports fatigue,and provide reference and suggestion for basketball teachers'physical education and training.
