我国篮球运动体能训练的发展对策 被引量:6

摘要 现代篮球运动对抗日趋激烈,对运动员的身体素质要求越来越高,而我国篮球运动员在比赛中常常表现出体能较差,无法长时间进行高强度比赛。究其原因,我国对体能训练在篮球运动中应用的针对性不强,认识有所偏差,训练缺乏完善的计划。在体能训练中往往存在很多问题,致使运动员的训练效果不理想。本文根据篮球运动的特点及篮球专项训练理论,从篮球项目对运动员基本身体素质的要求出发,探讨篮球运动中的专项体能训练问题,提出加强篮球体能训练的对策。 Modern basketball confrontation is becoming increasingly f ierce, and the physical f itness of the athletes is increasingly demanding, and our basketball players often show poor physical f itness in the game, unable to long-term high-intensity competition. The reason is that the application of physical f itness training in basketball in China is not targeted, the understanding is biased, and the training lacks a perfect plan. There are many problems in physical training, resulting in poor training effect. Based on the characteristics of basketball and the theory of basketball special training, this paper discusses the special physical training in basketball and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the basketball physical training.
