从“体教结合”审视竞技体育后备人才培养的研究

通过文献资料调研、访问法、综合分析法等研究方法,从我国培养竞技体育后备人才的现状、体教结合与举国体制的反思、国外竞技体育后备人才培养的模式等三个方面,对我国竞技体育后备人才的培养进行分析,揭示我国人才培养模式所存在问题、并提出对策与建议。建议:应建立起业余体育制度,体育应该回归于教育;完善科学的运动员选材体系;提高教练员对运动员文化学习的意识。

Through the literature,interview method,and the comprehensive analysis of research methods,from our country's present situation of the cultivation of talented competitive sports person.,the body with education and the ref lection of the sports system and the cultivation mode of foreign reserve sports talents and other aspects,To analyze the cultivation of talents of competitive sport in China,to reveal the existing problems of talent training pattern in China and to puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions.Suggestions:Amateur sports system should be established,sports should be returned to education,improve the scientif ic system of selecting athletes,improve coaches'awareness of athletes'cultural learning.
