摘要
采用资料法、调查法以及实验干预法对大学公共体育篮球专选课中运用运动教育模式进行研究。经过16周的实验,结果表明:(1)实验后,实验组和对照组在内部动机上具有非常显著性差异,外部动机不存在显著性差异;(2)实验组和对照组在平均心率上具有显著性差异,表明学生练习更加积极主动;(3)实验组学生在一分钟投篮和半场V字运球上篮技术上要明显优于对照组,说明运动教育模式具有一定的优越性,适合在大学公共体育篮球专选课教学中加以推广。
By means of data,investigation and experimental intervention,this paper studies the application of sports education model in college public sports basketball selective course.After 16 weeks of intervention,the results showed that:(1)after the experiment,the experimental group and the control group have very signif icant differences in internal motivation,there is no signif icant difference in external motivation;(2)the experimental group and the control group have signif icant differences in the average heart rate,indicating that students practice more active;(3)experimental group students in the One-minute shooting and half-court V-dribble lay-up technology is obviously better than the control group,indicating that sports education model has certain advantages,suitable for college public sports basketball elective teaching to be promoted.
