中高体力活动对超重老年女性躯干力量以及稳定性的影响

摘要 研究正常和超重老年女性在躯干肌肉指标和稳定性上的差异,以及上述指标与老年人体力活动量之间的关系。60名老年女性根据身体质量指数(BMI)分别纳入正常组和超重组,使用国际体力活动量表(IPAQ)调查受试者一周体力活动量,并对受试者进行躯干肌肉含量测试、躯干肌力测试、躯干平衡测试及动态稳定性测试。超重老年女性躯干肌肉含量、躯干力量及躯干平衡能力均优于正常组,一周体力活动量与躯体肌肉含量呈中度正相关关系(r=0.401),与动态平衡能力(r=-0.316)和步行能力(r=-0.283)呈低度正相关关系。中高体力活动超重老年女性具有较高的肌肉含量及较强的躯干力量。相对高水平的肌肉含量和躯干力量作为保护因素能够抵消超重或肥胖对本体感觉和平衡能力造成的负面影响。因此,笔者倡导老年人保持中高体力活动量,适当增加抗阻力量训练、平衡功能训练及核心稳定性训练。 Objectives To explore the differences of torso muscle mass,strength and stability between normal and overweight elderly women,f ind the relationship between these indicators and the weekly physical activity of the elderly.Methods 60 elderly women were divided into the normal and overweight group by their body mass index(BMI),and the physical activity of the subjects was investigated using the International Physical Activity Scale(IPAQ).Subjects were tested for torso muscle mass,torso muscle strength,torso balance and dynamic balance.Results The torso muscle mass,strength and torso balance of the overweight elderly women's were better than the normal group.There was a moderate positive correlation between physical activity and torso muscle mass(r=0.401),and a low positive correlation with dynamic balance(r=-0.316)and walking ability(r=-0.283).Conclusion Overweight elderly women with medium and high level physical activity showed higher muscle mass and more trunk strength.High level muscle mass and torso strength as protective factors can offset the negative effects of overweight or obesity on proprioception and balance.Advocate the elderly to maintain a high level physical activity,increase resistance training,proprioception training and core stability training.
