摘要
军人作为一个特殊的群体肩负着重大的使命和任务。日益严峻的国际形势下各国间国防力量较量不断,不仅表现在军备上更表现在军人身体素质上的较量。我军体能训练理论与训练方法不断改革和创新,但其与竞技体育相比仍存在方法单一、手段陈旧等缺点。两者在很多方面相似,军队应该结合实际将竞技体育中的核心力量训练方法在军队体能训练中推广和运用。文章将就军队开展的核心力量训练进行探讨,分析几种适合部队开展的核心力量训练方法。以期为军队科学有效进行体能训练,提高体能素质,进而提升军队战斗力提供理论依据。
Soldiers, as a special group of shouldering the great mission and task. Increasingly austere international situation among the countries under the national defense force battles continuously, not only in the arms more performance contest on the soldiers' physical quality. I JunTi continuous reform and innovation in theory and method of training, but compared with the sports still exist methods are simple, old-fashioned method shortcomings. Both similar in many ways, the army should with the actual competitive sports in the core strength training methods in the army physical f itness training promotion and application. In this paper, the forces carry out the core strength training are discussed, several analysis for the army to develop core strength training methods. In order to provide theoretical basis for the military scientif ic and effective physical training, improve the physical quality, and thus enhance the army's combat effectiveness.
