目标导向理论下的中职体育教学研究

本文从分析中职学校体育课程现状,及目标导向理论与体育教学相结合的重要性出发,为中职院校体育课程改革和实施提出相应的意见和建议。首先,根据学生专业特点革新教学体系,提高师生的目标导向意识;其次,加强体育社团建设,共创良好的体育教学环境;最后,转变教学思想,增加健康保健指导,完善中职体育教学层次。总之,以目标为导向开展中职院校体育教学改革是中职院校体育学科的重要研究课题。

Based on the analysis of the present situation of physical education courses in middle vocational schools and the importance of combining goal-oriented theory with physical education teaching,this paper puts forward corresponding opinions and suggestions for the reform and implementation of physical education courses in secondary vocational schools.
