摘要
假体乳房植入术是人类乳房重建的重要手术方式之一,因其手术复杂及异物植入,乳房重建术后假体乳房感染成为最常见的术后并发症及导致术后乳房重建失败的重要原因,且严重影响患者的治疗及预后。笔者回顾了近年来国内外相关研究,详细阐述了乳房重建术后假体乳房感染的发生机制及临床表现,总结了其具体治疗及预防措施,旨在为乳房重建术后假体乳房感染的防治提供临床参考。
Prosthetic breast implant surgery is one of important human breast reconstructions.Because of its complexity and foreign body implants,breast implant infection after surgical reconstruction is the most common postoperative complication and an important cause of failure of postoperative breast reconstruction,seriously affecting the therapeutic effects and prognosis.Here we review the latest research on breast implant infection after surgical reconstruction with regard to its pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,therapeutic and preventive measures,with an aim to provide guidance on the prevention and treatment of this condition.
