基于专利分析湖南省人工智能产业发展现状

Analysis on the Development of Artificial Intelligence Industry in Hunan Province Based on Patent

人工智能是当前新一轮科技革命和产业变革的重要驱动力量,目前,全国大部分省份都出台了人工智能产业政策,湖南省还没有出台人工智能产业发展专项规划。文章对湖南省人工智能产业技术领域开展了深入分析,为湖南人工智能产业规划与顶层设计提供基础支撑。以专利数据为依据,从专利申请趋势、IPC重点技术领域、主要研发机构及区域分布等方面,对湖南省人工智能技术发展进行了计量统计与分析。并对湖南省人工智能产业发展现状进行了总结,提出了一些产业发展建议。

Artificial intelligence is an important driving force for the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation. Most provinces in the country have adopted an artificial intelligence industry policy,but Hunan Province has not yet issued a special plan for the development of artificial intelligence industry.This paper hoped to carry out in-depth analysis of the technology field of artificial intelligence industry in Hunan Province and provided basic support for the planning and top-level design of Hunan artificial intelligence industry. Based on patent data, this paper measured and analyzed the development of artificial intelligence technology in Hunan province from the aspects of patent application trends,IPC key technology fields,Major R&D Institutions and Regional Distribution. This paper summarized the development status of the artificial intelligence industry in Hunan province and put forward some suggestions for its development.
