摘要
逆向工程(Reverse Engineering,RE)是随着计算机技术和测量技术的发展诞生的一门新技术。它的设计理念是将零件实物转变成CAD文件,然后,优化再设计的过程。在零件外形设计过程中,逆向工程应用比较广泛。文章以零件活塞为例,总结逆向工程中点云数据的扫描、编辑、曲面和实体的重建、逆向建模文件质量分析技术,分析了逆向建模过程中常用的方法。
Reverse engineering(RE)is a new technology with the development of computer technology and measurement technology.Its design idea is to transform the parts into CAD files,and then optimize the redesign process.In the process of part shape design,reverse engineering is widely used.Taking piston as an example,this thesis summarized the scanning of point cloud data,editing of point cloud data,reconstruction of surface and entity,quality analysis technology of reverse modeling file in reverse engineering,and analyzed common methods in reverse modeling process.
