摘要 随着企业的发展,对工作效率的要求越来越高。传统物流全程由人工操作,货物量剧增给工作人员带来了越来越多的工作量,也导致企业的人力成本猛增。文章主要对货到人拣选系统以及方案进行研究,然后,从Miniload"货到人"解决方案、穿梭车"货到人"解决方案、类似Kiva机器人"货到人"解决方案、Autostore"货到人"解决方案旋转货架"货到人"解决方案5个方面,对各个"货到人"拣选方案的特点进行分析,最后,提出对不同企业而言,选择适用方案是关键的论点。 With the development of enterprises,the requirements for work efficiency are getting higher and higher.The whole process of traditional logistics is manually operated,and the increase in the volume of goods has brought more and more workload to the staff,which has also led to a sharp increase in the labor cost of the enterprise.This article mainly studied the pick-up picking system and program,and then,from Miniload "goods to people" solution,wearing a "cargo to person" solution, similar to Kiva robot "goods to people" solution,Autostore "goods" To the "people" solution rotating shelf "goods to people" solution in five aspects of the analysis of the characteristics of each "goods to pick" picking scheme,and finally proposed for different companies,the choice of applicable programs was a key argument.
