摘要
国际工程EPC总承包项目,一般有建设时间长、规模大、合同金额固定等特点,鉴于经验匮乏和文化观念差异,让我国EPC总承包商面临着巨大的工程风险。文章从EPC总承包商的角度出发,通过典型案例,阐述了从项目决策阶段、项目执行阶段到后期竣工验收阶段各生命周期的风险识别,评价,并提出了有效的风险管控措施,为EPC工程总承包管理模式下工程管理风险管控提供参考。
The most of risks in engineering projects are transferred from the owner to the general contractor under the EPC mode. The widespread use of this mode made the general contractor face higher risks.In order to strengthen the risk control and control capability of EPC project, this paper summarized the risk identification of each life cycle from project decision-making stage, project execution stage to final acceptance stage,evaluated and put forward effective risk countermeasures.On the basis of literature research,the purpose was to provide certain reference for risk identification,assessment,monitoring and response of EPC project life cycle when contracting construction projects.
