分型选择开放式无张力修补术对腹股沟疝的疗效及安全性观察

Curative Effect and Safety of Type Selection of Open Tension-free Hernia Repair on Inguinal Hernia

目的:探讨分型选择开放式无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝的疗效与安全性。方法:选取2014年10月～2016年10月某院收治的腹股沟疝患者96例,按照Gilbert和Rutkow分型标准将研究对象分为1组34例(I、II型)、2组32例(III型)、3组30例(IV～VII型)。为研究对象行分型选择开放式无张力修补术,1组病例行平片修补术,2组病例行填充式网塞修补术,3组病例行腹膜前修补手术,对比临床疗效及安全性。结果:1组、2组、3组腹股沟疝治疗有效率分别为97.1%、96.9%、96.7%,比较各组数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);1组、2组、3组并发症发生率分别为11.8%、9.4%、10.0%,比较各组数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:分型选择开放式无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝患者,疗效满意,安全性佳,值得临床进一步借鉴与应用。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect and safety of the type selection of open tension-free hernia repair on inguinal hernia.Methods:96 patients with inguinal hernia admitted and cured in a hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were selected.According to Gilbert and Rutkow type classification standards,these study objects were divided into Group 1 including 34 cases(TypeⅠandⅡ),Group 2 including 32 cases(TypeⅢ)and Group 3 including 30 cases(TypeⅣ~Ⅶ).All the study objects were treated with the type selection of open tension-free hernia repairation,with cases in Group 1 receiving the Lichtenstein operation,cases in Group 2 receiving the infilled mesh plug hernioplasty and cases in Group 3 receiving the preperitoneal repair operation,then compared clinical curative effect and safety among the three operations.Results:The effective treatment rates for inguinal hernia patients in Group 1,Group 2 and Group 3 were 97.1%,96.9%and 96.7%respectively.The difference among these data had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The complication possibilities for Group 1,Group 2 and Group 3 were 11.8%,9.4%and 10.0%respectively.The difference among these data had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:The type selection of open tension-free hernia repair achieves a satisfying curative effect and an excellent safety in the treatment of patients with inguinal hernia.Therefore,it is worth being used for future reference and being applied in clinical practices.
