刺络放血结合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Blood Letting Puncture combined with Acupuncture in Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:探究观察刺络放血结合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:抽选某院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者进行研究,共随机抽取100例,抽取时间2015年2月～2017年4月期间,根据入院顺序对100例患者进行分组,先入院的50例列为对照组接受单纯针刺治疗,后入院的50例列为观察组接受刺络放血结合针刺治疗,观察比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗的总有效率比较,观察组比对照组明显更高(P<0.05);治疗前两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及生活质量评定量表评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组比对照组评分改善更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:临床治疗腰椎间盘突出症采用刺络放血结合针刺治疗可使疗效得到显著提升,使患者生活质量得到更明显的改善,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical effects of blood letting puncture combined with acupuncture in treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:100 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in a hospital from February 2015 to April 2017 were randomly selected as the research and grouped according to the order of admission.50 cases of the first admission were divided into the control group,and received the simple acupuncture treatment,while 50 cases of post admission were divided into observation group,received the blood letting puncture combined with acupuncture.The clinical effect of two groups were observed and compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher in the observation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the visual analogue scale(VAS)score and quality of life scale(QOL)scale between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05).And after treatment,the improvement in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The blood letting puncture combined with acupuncture in clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation can greatly improve the clinical effect,and can improve the quality of life of the patients obviously,thus it has high clinical value.
