动态心电图在心律失常诊断中的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Dynamic Electrocardiogram in the Diagnosis of Arrhythmia

目的:探讨动态心电图在心律失常诊断中的临床意义。方法:在某院心内科2015年1月～2018年1月期间诊治的心律失常患者中选取400例作研究对象,对其进行动态心电图检查,并以常规心电图检查作为对比。结果:动态心电图对心律失常的诊断阳性率是100.00%,高于常规心电图的95.25%(P<0.05);动态心电图对于室性早搏、房性早搏、短阵室速、短阵房速、心房纤颤、窦性停搏、窦性传导阻滞、房室传导阻滞、束支传导阻滞的检出率均高于常规心电图(P<0.05)。结论:动态心电图在心律失常诊断中的准确性较高,对合理治疗心律失常、改善患者预后而言有重要临床意义。

Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of dynamic electrocardiogram(Holter)in the diagnosis of arrhythmia.Methods:400 patients with arrhythmia admitted in the department of cardiology of a hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected as the subjects,and the dynamic electrocardiogram(ECG)examination was performed,and the routine electrocardiogram examination was used as a contrast.Results:The positive rate of dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of arrhythmia was 100%,which was higher than that of the conventional electrocardiogram with 95.25%(P<0.05);The detection rate of ambulatory electrocardiogram for ventricular premature beats,atrial premature beats,short ventricular tachycardia,short atrial tachycardia,atrial fibrillation,sinus arrest,sinus conduction block,atrioventricular block and bundle branch block were all higher than those of conventional electrocardiogram(P<0.05).Conclusion:The accuracy of the dynamic electrocardiogram(ECG)in the diagnosis of arrhythmia is high.It has important clinical significance for the rational treatment of arrhythmia and improving the prognosis of the patients.
