经皮椎间孔镜与椎板开窗术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果比较研究

Comparative Study of Percutaneous Foramen and Laminectomy in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc herniation

目的:比较研究经皮椎间孔镜与椎板开窗术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法:随机抽取66例某院自2015年11月～2017年11月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=33)、实验组(n=33),对照组实施椎板开窗术治疗,实验组实施经皮椎间孔镜术治疗,分析两组手术指标、住院时间、治疗总有效率。结果:手术指标与住院时间对比,实验组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗总有效率对比,实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经皮椎间孔镜与椎板开窗术治疗腰椎间盘突出症均有一定的治疗效果,但前者具有创伤小、术中出血少、术后恢复快等优点,可促使患者病情尽快康复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To compare the effect of percutaneous foramen and laminectomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:66 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted in a hospital from November 2015 to November 2017 were randomly selected.According to the method of random digital table,they were divided into two groups:control group(n=33),experimental group(n=33),control group was treated with laminectomy,experimental group was treated with percutaneous foramen vertebrae.Operation index,hospitalization time and total effective rate were analyzed.Results:Comparison of operation index and hospitalization time:the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of total effective rate of treatment:Experimental group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic fenestration and laminectomy lumbar disc herniation has certain curative effect,but the former has the advantage of less trauma,less bleeding,quick recovery after operation,it can make the patients recover as soon as possible,it is worthy of clinical application.
