绝经后取环困难术前应用米非司酮、米索的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Applying Preoperative Mifepristone and Misoprostol in Patients with Postmenopausal Difficulty in Ring Extraction

目的:总结绝经后取环困难患者术前应用米非司酮、米索的临床价值。方法:选择2016～2017年绝经后要求取环患者200例,以随机数字表法分组。对照组就诊后行取环术,试验组于术前应用米非司酮、米索,患者术后均进行抗炎治疗。结果:组间取环顺利占比对比,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05);组间取环困难以及取环失败占比对比,对照组均高于试验组(P<0.05);组间术中疼痛0级占比对比,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05);组间术中疼痛2级、3级占比对比,对照组均高于试验组(P<0.05)。结论:术前应用米非司酮、米索配伍,可以提高绝经后取环成功率,缓解患者术中疼痛感,具有实施价值。

Objective:To summarize the clinical value of preoperative mifepristone and misoprostol in patients with postmenopausal difficulty in ring extraction.Methods:A total of 200 patients required to take the ring after menopause during 2016~2017 were selected and grouped by the random number table method.The control group received ring extraction after treatment.The trial group applied mifepristone and miso before operation and the patients were treated with anti-inflammatory after operation.Results:Compared the smooth proportion between groups,the trial group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared the proportion of difficulty and failure in ring extraction between groups,the control group was higher than the trial group(P<0.05).Compared pain level 0 in intergroup surgery,the trial group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared pain levels 2 and 3 in intergroup operation,the control group was higher than the trial group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of mifepristone and misoprostol before operation can improve the success rate of post-menopausal ring withdrawal and relieve the pain in patients.It is of practical value.
