前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的疗效分析

Curative Effect of Alprostadil Combined with Benner Pury in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy with Proteinuria

目的:探讨糖尿病肾病患者采用前列地尔结合贝那普利治疗的临床疗效。方法:将80例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为两组(n=40),常规组采用贝那普利治疗,研究组在此基础上联合前列地尔治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:两组患者治疗前的血压(SBP、DBP)和肾功能指标(24hUMALB、SUN、Scr、24hUAER)对比无明显差异(P>0.05);研究组治疗后的上述指标改善程度、治疗总有效率明显优于常规组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病肾病患者采用前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗,能有效改善患者的肾功能,降低患者尿蛋白含量和尿微白蛋白排泄率,适合用于临床治疗。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of alprostadil combined with Benner Pury in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:80 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups(n=40).The routine group was treated with Benner Pury,and the study group combined with alprostadil on this basis of the routine group.Compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference between the pretreatment blood pressure(SBP,DBP)and renal function indexes(24hUMALB,SUN,Scr and 24hUAER)between the two groups(P>0.05).The improvement degree of the above indicators and the total effective rate of the treatment in the study group were significantly better than that in the routine group after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of alprostadil combined with Benner Pury in patients with diabetic nephropathy can effectively improve the renal function,reduce the urine protein and urinary albumin excretion rate,and is suitable for clinical treatment.
