初发性2型糖尿病患者治疗中磷酸西格列汀与二甲双胍的药理作用分析

Pharmacological Analysis of Sitagliptin Phosphate and Metformin in the Treatment of Patients with Primary Type 2 Diabetes

目的:探讨磷酸西格列汀与二甲双胍治疗初发性2型糖尿病患者的临床效果和药理作用分析。方法:2017年2月～2018年2月期间,在某院接受治疗的80例初发性2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组使用磷酸西格列汀治疗,观察组使用二甲双胍治疗,并对两组患者空腹血糖和治疗效果进行对比分析。结果:观察组的空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖水平均优于对照组,观察组的治疗总有效率(95%)明显优于对照组(70%),P<0.05。结论:西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病,能有效的改善患者的血糖水平,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate the clinical and pharmacological effects of sitagliptin phosphate and metformin in patients with primary type 2 diabetes.Methods:80 patients with primary type 2 diabetes treated in a hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with sitagliptin phosphate,the observation group was treated with metformin,and the fasting blood glucose and treatment effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The fasting blood glucose and the 2-hour postprandial blood glucose level in the observation group were superior to the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,in which the observation group(95%)and the control group(70%),(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sitagliptin combined with metformin in the treatment of primary type 2 diabetes mellitus can effectively improve the blood glucose level of patients and improve the treatment effect.
