高龄患者腹腔镜胆囊手术的围手术期护理的临床研究

Clinical Study of Perioperative Nursing of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in Elderly Patients

目的:研究对高龄患者腹腔镜胆囊手术加强围手术期护理的效果。方法:回顾分析某院2014年9月～2015年12月收治的80例腹腔镜胆囊手术高龄患者的资料,根据入院号将其分为对照组与研究组,每组40例,对照组行常规护理,研究组采用围手术期护理,通过研究来比较两组患者护理满意度、手术相关指标以及并发症发生率。结果:研究组患者的护理满意度以及手术相关指标均优于对照组,并发症发生率比对照组低,有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:高龄患者腹腔镜胆囊手术实施围手术期护理的效果比较显著,术后并发症能够被有效减低,值得临床应用。

Objective:To study the effect of enhancing perioperative nursing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in elderly patients.Methods:80 cases of elderly patients with laparoscopic gallbladder surgery admitted in a hospital from September 2014 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the admission number,they were divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,the study group performed perioperative care.Nursing satisfaction,operation-related indicators and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Nursing satisfaction and operation-related indexes of the patients in the study group were superior to those in the control group,and the incidence rate of complications was lower than that in the control group,which was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:The perioperative nursing effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in elderly patients is significant,and the postoperative complications can be effectively reduced,which is worthy of clinical application.
